Kenneth Roberts has enjoyed building Interior Talent and working with the best in the industry since 2003. An avid public speaker, he is passionate about sharing his expertise with both established business partners and emerging professionals. Roberts developed his industry-specific CEU and has shared it as a keynote speaker at Neocon, Interiors, HD Boutique and multiple ASID and IIDA chapter events. He brings a depth of strategic hiring experience to his clients and has consulted with many organizations on recruitment, growth positioning and succession planning. Prior to joining Interior Talent, he spent 15 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, where he hired, trained and mentored hundreds of employees for several national brands.
