A {Licensed} Interior Designer III/Interior Architect III (IDIII/IAIII) participates in the conceptual design and provides full support through the entire project, liaising with Project Manager, Architects, and consultants. The IDIII/IAIII develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects, coordinating with PM and Directors on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies. An IDIII/IAIII has the technical and construction knowledge to carry multiple small to mid-size projects concurrently or one large project through completion as well as the leadership skills to oversee a team. The IDIII/IAIII may also be called on to participate in the recruitment process and interviewing of potential candidates.
Qualifications
Education:Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design
IAIII: Architecture License Require
Other accreditations preferred but not required (NCIDQ, AIA, LEED)
Experience: 8+ years of related experience
Skills:Mastery in 3D modeling using software such as Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and SketchUp; Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Enscape; Procore; MS Office; Bluebeam
