Seeking a junior designer to assist in the managing of high end residential projects throughout Florida and the country. This position is a unique opportunity for a motivated and organized designer to become a part of a comprehensive design firm. The junior designer will work closely with Lisa Kahn, Founder and Chief Design Officer throughout the design process, including assisting with designing, drawings, selecting, specifying, presenting, procuring and installing. The junior designer must have a high proficiency in AutoCAD and be able to draw detailed furniture plans and elevations. A high level of organization and attention to detail is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate also possesses strong time management skills, is self-motivated, has a broad understanding of sources and a positive attitude.

Minimum of 3-5 years experience working at a residential design firm or construction company. Client experience is a plus.
- High level of proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Design Manager or similar project management software a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly, excel individually and in a team environment.
