We are seeking a full-time, in-person Sales and Customer Service Liaison professional, to work as a member of our growing Account Development team.

Job Requirements

You must have home decor/design industry knowledge and experience, as well as a deep interest in interior design. You must be able to handle a high volume of prospective customer interactions, as well as manage on-going customer relationships. This role requires a systems-minded individual, who possesses an attitude of warmth, patience and expertise to guide artists and designers through the manufacturing process from start to finish. You should be comfortable with proactive networking, and excel in relationship-building.

-3-5 years of professional Sales experience, hospitality experience a plus
-High level of communication skills- both written and verbal
-Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus, particularly
-Able to clearly and professionally manage project timelines, present work, and budgets to our customers
-Aptitude for understanding and meeting sales and performance goals
